Agreeing on a transaction

Displaying an item and price is an invitation to inquire, not a binding offer. A transaction is formed following express agreement between seller and buyer; an agreement by correspondence may be valid without a signed document.

Before a transaction, the parties will agree on the items, price, condition and known missing parts or defects, payment method, and time and method of collection or shipping. Shipping costs are borne solely by the buyer, depending on the items and requested or offered shipping method. The shipping method and cost will be agreed in advance, before completion. A transaction will not take place before full payment unless otherwise agreed and approved by the seller; without payment, the seller's obligations to the buyer for performing the transaction will not arise. This does not derogate from any right that cannot be waived under applicable law. Keep the correspondence recording the agreement.

A price displayed because of a typing or clerical error is not binding; the correct price will be clarified before a transaction is concluded, without derogating from any right that cannot be waived under applicable law.

The minimum item price on this site is 0.1 NIS, including after discounts or benefits of any kind. If calculating a discount or benefit results in a lower price, the item price will be set at 0.1 NIS and the effective discount may be lower than advertised.

Item availability and condition

An item may have been sold or reserved before the site was updated. Check availability before inquiring about it; you may contact the seller to do so. Hiding or deleting an item from the catalog does not cancel an agreement already made about it.

Read the description, notes and photos and request clarification whenever necessary, including about packaging, parts, instructions and stickers. The absence of a note does not confirm completeness or absence of defects; the seller must disclose material information known to them and must not conceal missing parts or defects.

Signs of use accurately described and included in the agreement are considered when determining the item's condition. This does not waive rights concerning undisclosed nonconformity or misleading information. Opening the packaging of a new, sealed item may significantly reduce its value; this alone does not remove a legal right.

My list

Items may be added to My list to collect interest in several items and include them in an inquiry. The list is not a shopping cart, order, purchase, commitment to a transaction or seller confirmation. Adding an item does not reserve it or reduce stock.

The list is saved in the browser and device where it was created for seven days from the last change. Item availability and the quantity displayed on the site are checked again when the list is opened and before sending. An item or quantity may be unavailable even if it previously appeared in the list.

The amount displayed is only an estimate based on the current prices and quantities found during checking. It excludes shipping, is not a confirmed transaction price and does not replace express agreement between the parties. Confirmation of receipt is shown only after the inquiry is saved on the site.

Cancellation and returns policy

Items are offered as a private sale of personal property between private individuals, outside a shop or commercial activity.

After the items are handed over or shipped and the transaction is completed, these terms do not grant an automatic contractual right to cancel or return solely because the buyer changes their mind. Different terms may be expressly agreed in advance.

If the delivered item differs materially from the agreed item or condition, or an undisclosed missing part or defect is found, contact the seller promptly and describe the problem. An inquiry does not replace a notice or action required by law and does not limit a remedy available to the buyer.

Nothing here derogates from any right that cannot be waived under applicable law. If the law applicable to the activity or transaction grants cancellation or other rights, these terms do not remove them.
