Accessibility statement
At TalBricks, enabling people with disabilities to view items and make contact matters to me. This statement describes the site's accessibility adjustments and the scope of usability checks performed to make the site accessible to its visitors.
Accessibility adjustments
The site's accessibility goal is to meet Israeli Standard 5568 at AA level, based on WCAG 2.0 AA. WCAG 2.2 principles are also considered as a goal for ongoing improvement. This statement describes adjustments and checks performed.
Site adjustments refer to the principles of Israeli Standard 5568 at AA level. Accessibility is implemented in the code and interface, rather than using an accessibility plugin as a substitute for adjustments.
The Hebrew site defines Hebrew language and right-to-left direction, semantic content regions, headings and field labels. It includes a skip-to-content link, image text alternatives, accessible button names, visible focus indicators and Hebrew error messages associated with the appropriate fields. Required fields are also identified in text. Contrast adjustments have been made to text, buttons and placeholders. Information about sales and discounted prices, when applicable, is also displayed in visible text alongside the price, so it is not conveyed by color or an image alone.
Keyboard use
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between elements, Enter to activate links, and Enter or Space to activate buttons. A skip-to-content link appears at the start of the page.
In a Chrome test environment in October 2026, checks verified opening the inquiry dialog using the keyboard, moving focus into it, cycling focus within it, closing with Escape and returning focus to the opening button.
Scope of checks performed
The main public templates were checked in Chrome, including the home page, all-products page, the three category pages, search and results, a product page, the contact page, and the privacy, terms and accessibility pages. Checks covered page structure, language and direction, headings, semantic regions, unique identifiers, image alternatives, accessible names, field labels and associated error messages. The skip link, keyboard navigation, visible focus, opening and closing dialogs and returning focus to the opening element were also checked.
Guided usability checks were also performed in Safari on an iPhone with VoiceOver. In the inquiry dialog, button names, the heading, fields and required status are read; focus moves into the dialog, stays within it and returns to the opening button on close. Product details and prices, image descriptions, gallery controls and contact buttons were also clearly identified and read.
The menu and search are identified and operable with VoiceOver, the short-search error is read in Hebrew, and search results and products can be opened.
A check was also performed in Chrome on Windows with NVDA. Navigation, headings, regions, links, buttons, search, product cards, the image gallery and inquiry dialog worked and were read correctly. Reading of the inquiry submission confirmation was also checked.
Mobile display and enlarged content
Safari checks on an iPhone found that the inquiry dialog displayed without clipped text or horizontal scrolling, fields and the send button remained accessible with the keyboard open, and the close button worked.
In Chrome on Windows at 200% zoom, several pages and site functions were checked. The check found no loss of information or functionality, clipped or overlapping content, page-wide horizontal scrolling or difficulty operating the elements tested. Text, buttons, links and actions remained available and readable.
Date of the latest guided usability checks and accessibility statement update: October 2026. Results refer to the pages, actions and environments described in this statement.
